Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are promoting the land at Great Wheatley, Rayleigh for residential-led development including new market and affordable housing, and areas of publicly accessible open space.

Manor Oak Homes are promoting the proposed new development through Rochford’s emerging Local Plan to help meet the need for new homes in the district. Rayleigh is a sustainable town situated towards the south east of England in the county of Essex. Our proposals have been carefully considered so that they respond to the existing built environment and will positively enhance  both the site, surroundings and wider area with social, environmental and economic benefits.

The site is highly sustainable, being in close proximity to the centre of Rayleigh which has a wide range of public services, amenities and excellent public transport provision. Manor Oak Homes have made representations to the recent Rochford Issues and Options Consultation in which we submitted Our Vision for the site.
