Welcome to Manor Oak Homes’ website for our proposed new strategic development site to the north of the Berryfields Major Development Area, at Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire.
Our Vision:
Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are promoting the land north of Berryfields for a residential led strategic scheme. The site extends to around 65ha immediately to the north of the Berryfields Major Developed Area (MDA). The site is considered very sustainable, being within walking distance of Berryfields shops, services, schools and community facilities. Aylesbury Vale Parkway is around 1.5km from the site and provides access to regular bus and train services including links into London via Marylebone. In the future the station will form part of the East-West Rail project providing new services linking the station with Milton Keynes via Winslow and Bletchley.
Manor Oak Homes considers that the site is relatively unconstrained and as such, is well placed to meet the significant housing need in the area and contribute towards the sustainable growth of Aylesbury Garden City.
