Our Vision:
Manor Oak Homes are promoting a residential-led scheme on land off Gray’s Lane, Hitchin. The site benefits from access off Gray’s Lane and is currently being promoted through the North Hertfordshire draft Local Plan for up to 58 dwellings, including market and affordable homes, and public open space.
The site is now allocated in North Herfordshire District Council’s Draft Local Plan. We have therefore submitted an outline planning application, and expect the site to be determined once the Local Plan, wehich is at an advanced stage, has been adopted.
