LAND OFF ST WILFRID’S CLOSE
Kibworth, Leicestershire
Welcome to Manor Oak Homes’ website for our proposed new development at land off St Wilfrid’s Close, Kibworth in Leicestershire.
The Site
The site comprises part of a paddock totalling approximately 0.55ha. It is located within the settlement boundary and built up area of Kibworth Beauchamp near the centre of the village, within close walking distance of Kibworth Primary School to the north, the recreation ground which adjoins the site to the west, shops along the High Street to the south and the Hillcrest Avenue bus stop on Church road to the north east. The site is accessed via a field gate that adjoins the southern end of St Wilfrid’s Close. The site is bordered by mature trees and hedgerows on all sides, with a stream running along the southern boundary of the field within a small pocket of woodland.
The Proposals
Manor Oak Homes have obtained resolution to grant planning consent for 10 new homes including access off St Wilfrid’s Close, 5 X 2 Bed Bungalows, 3 X 3 Bed Bungalows, 2 X 4 bed homes, associated infrastructure and publicly accessible open space. We are now finalising the s106 agreement with the council.
We anticipate starting to build the new homes on site by the end of the year.
