Welcome to Manor Oak Homes’ public consultation website for our proposed new development at land west of Warwick Road, Kibworth, Leicestershire.
Our Vision: Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce we will shortly be submitting an outline planning application for a mixed-use scheme consisting of approximately 550 dwellings including affordable housing, self-build housing, land for a primary school and public open space with vehicular access from Warwick Road in support of the emerging allocation in the draft Harborough Local Plan.

Public Consultation
Stakeholder engagement is a key part of the development process and we are interested to hear residents’ views, ideas and concerns.
Manor Oak Homes and Armstrong Rigg Planning are pleased to confirm a public exhibition at Kibworth Cricket Club to showcase draft proposals for approximately 550 dwellings including affordable housing, self-build housing, land for a primary school and public open space with vehicular access from Warwick Road. Here you will be able to discuss all aspects of the proposals with members of the development team and provide feedback on our proposals.
We will be holding a public exhibition at the Kibworth Cricket Club, Fleckney Rd, Kibworth, Leicester LE8 0HG on Thursday 16th April 2026 between 5pm and 8pm.
For those unable to attend the consultation event detailed above, a copy of the exhibition boards will be made available on this webpage shortly after the exhibition is held, and a comments form will be made available below.
