Welcome to Manor Oak Homes’ public consultation website for our proposed residential development of the parcel of land on the corner of Beach Road and Long Drove, Cottenham, Cambridgeshire.
Our Vision:
Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are preparing a scheme for a residential development of up to 63 dwellings on the parcel of land on the corner of Beach Road and Long Drove, Cottenham, Cambridgeshire. The site consists of approximately 2.05 Hectares (5 acres) with access off Beach Road.
Manor Oak Homes are aiming to submit an outline application for the erection of a residential development consisting of 1,2 and 3 bed dwellings with 40% affordable housing, access, car parking and associated works. 22% of the total area is proposed public open space, landscaping, with all matters reserved except for access. These website pages are an extension of the pre-application consultation event that was held to inform the local community of the emerging proposals and gives the opportunity to ask questions or make comments.
