Welcome to Manor Oak Homes’ public consultation website for our proposed new development on land at Stratfield Farm, Kidlington in Oxfordshire.

Our Vision: Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce we will shortly be submitting a planning application to bring forward our proposals for a new high quality residential development on land at Stratfield Farm, Kidlington. The site benefits from an allocation in the Adopted Cherwell Local Plan 2011-2031 (Part 1) Partial Review – Oxford’s Unmet Housing Need (Policy PR7b) for circa 120 new homes, including 50% affordable housing and public open space. Manor Oak Homes are now intending to submit an outline planning application on the site, with all matters reserved other than access to seek approval for the principle of our proposals.

Public Consultation Event

We would like to invite residents of Kidlington to a Public Exhibition to view our initial proposals and speak to representatives from the development team, who will be available to answer any questions you may have. It will also provide an opportunity to comment on the proposals. The Public Exhibition will take place at:

As well as a leaflet drop and the aforementioned public exhibition, we have set up this dedicated consultation page so that residents have the opportunity to ask questions, or to comment on the proposals online if they are unable to attend the event in person.
