LAND TO THE SOUTH AND EAST OF GRANGE PARK, Northampton, Northamptonshire

Welcome to Manor Oak Homes’ public consultation website for our proposed new development at land to the south and east of Grange Park, Northampton.

Our Vision

Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce we currently promoting a development for a new sustainable community of up to 900 dwellings on land to the south and east of Grange Park, Northampton. The site benefits from vehicular access off Quinton and Wootton Roads and proposals include land for a new school, a local centre, allotments, public open space, and an extension to the country park.

Manor Oak Homes would like to thank members of the public for their written comments about our proposals at Grange Park. These comments will form part of our Statement of Community Involvement.

 Public Consultation

We held a Public Exhibition at Quinton Village Hall on Wednesday 1st March 2023 and another Public Exhibition at Foxfield Pavilion, Grange Park on Thursday 2nd March.

We displayed information about the proposals to the public and had members of our project team on hand to answer any questions people had about the proposals.

We would like to thank members of the public for their comments, which will form part of our Statement of Community Involvement.
